Honestly, to me, whenever I just want a quick snack for myself, the first thing I think of is bread. And cheese. And butter. One of the best. Combinations. Ever. Well, anyways, for this recipe, all you really need is 3 ingredients.
Half a baguette
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup any grated cheese your choice (mozzarella is preferred)
Instructions:
Break baguette into 2 pieces
Heat stove to 5
Take baguette pieces and cut them open like a sub
Take some butter and put it on the pan , wait for it to start bubbling
Take the rest of the butter and spread it on the inside (cut-open part) of the baguette and the bottom of it, too
Do the same for the other piece of baguette
Put baguette pieces on pan, wide-open part facing up
Add most of the cheese in the wide-open part of the baguette pieces
Move around baguette pieces in the pan with a insulated spatula (still facing up) until cheese melts
Use spatula or hands to close baguette pieces, making them no-longer wide-open
Move around baguette pieces more on the pan, flipping them over until you are satisfied
Turn stove off and put baguette pieces on a dish
Sprinkle them with the remaining cheese
You're done. Bon AppĂŠtit!
